I consider myself a technical type of person yet whenever I find myself in a business meeting or another place and I need to take a number of notes I always resort to using pen and paper. My erratic style of note taking always seems to leave me with pages full of cluttered messy notes, forgotten words being squeezed in on top of other words, you get the idea. I write my notes manually and then retype them. I also have a laptop I like to use but at times there just isn’t enough room for my laptop or a handy place to plug it in.

After many attempts to find references to projects I was working on or notes on a quiz for a class I was taking. I decided that there has to be a better way to become more organized yet still be efficient. I recently discovered the solution to my problem. Introducing the "NoteSlate" -Current Release Date: June 2011

Fact or fiction? The new Noteslate is suppose to hit stores this June however, there has been speculation that the product doesn’t even exist. I personally sent them an email inquisition about whether or not they had an affiliate program. As many of you may know I promote many products through Amazon.

I’ll try to keep this topic updated regularly as information becomes available. The concept of the Noteslate is great though and if the report about the Noteslate being fake are true then it’s a shame because there is a high demand market for a product like the Noteslate.

Update: Well June is here and no "Noteslate"

After many attempts to contact noteslate at their website for information regarding the product I have given up. I believe it was just a viral tactic to collect email addresses and social followers. Its sad that people have to get business in this fashion. I know several people who have tried to buy the product offering several hundred dollars yet no response. If they were even close to being a legit business they would have at the very least sent an e-mail reply back to the inquiring customers. Add that to the fact that with further research I have found that they are hosted on some third world country server with domain privacy enable. 

The noteslate would have been a great product but not to worry there are still some awesome products out there for people interested like the wacom tablets reviewed here: Wacom Tablets  or the Ivista tablet reviewed at the top of the page. It all depends what you want to do. Ivista=writing/sketching , Wacom=sketching/drawing .

I hope I've provided some valuable information to people interested in the noteslate, believe I was just as enthusuastic about its release as anyone else.
